SMP Student Management Portal is a secure and easy to use mobile application built for school staff and administrators to manage students, documents, and daily school operations from anywhere. The app provides role based access so users can only access features they are authorized to use. It includes a dashboard with a calendar, student search, and recent documents, along with the ability to create, view, edit, and import student records. Staff can capture profile photos, scan documents using Google ML Kit, preview and download PDFs, access IPFS stored student documents, and view or export audit logs based on their permissions. The application is designed with security as a priority by using encrypted secure storage for authentication, HTTPS communication, TLS certificate pinning, trusted download sources, automatic logout after 15 minutes of inactivity, and app private storage for sensitive files. Super Admin accounts are intentionally restricted to the web portal for enhanced security. An active smp school account, internet connection, and camera permission are required to use the application. SMP School Management Portal helps schools securely manage academic records and administrative tasks with a reliable and user friendly mobile experience.
