What is a Fixed Deposit?

Ratings and reviews

User interface is very very bad. When you try to withdraw FD, the app just keeps getting to load and you can never reach to the withdrawal button. Worst part is they ask you to upload screenshot of the issue you are facing with the app, but the app in itself doesn't allow to take screenshots. Don't reply on it as primary mode to book FDs. You never know when the app's interface messes up.

Edit: The money got refunded after waiting for 2 full days and creating a mail chain.. This could have been just a simple and automated refund process once FD bookings fails due to any issue. Initial: The transaction got error due to some problem at their side and now the refund is not being processed Raising a ticket is also not helping as the promise of responding in 24 hours is hollow. Not an experience you want while investing your "Safe" deposits.

Concept is good. APP user interface is Poor. Video KYC for fixed deposits not mentioned. That's a marketing trick but frustration for customers as 2 deposits got refunded due to no video KYC. Some sevices only shows logos on the app but not active like PPF NSC which is very bad. Looses trust eventually and looking for competitive apps to come up with better features. Hope they learn with experience.
