TuitionPilot helps tuition teachers and small coaching classes in India manage fees, attendance and parent communication from one simple app. Send fee reminders with a UPI QR code on WhatsApp, mark attendance in seconds, and keep parents informed — all from your phone.

WHO IT IS FOR

TuitionPilot is built for independent tuition teachers, home tutors and small coaching-class owners who run their classes from a phone. No computer needed, no technical knowledge required, and it is light on data — it works well on everyday Android phones.

MANAGE STUDENTS AND CLASSES

Add students with parent details and organise them into classes. You can import your whole student list at once from Excel, Google Sheets, CSV or Notion instead of typing each name.

MARK ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS

Tap present or absent for each student. You choose whether parents are notified — every message that goes out is under your control.

COLLECT TUITION FEES ON TIME

Generate monthly fees for your students and send polite reminders on WhatsApp. Each reminder can include your UPI QR code or payment link, so parents pay you directly — TuitionPilot never touches the money. When a fee is paid, mark it as paid and a receipt or thank-you note can be sent automatically.

KEEP PARENTS INFORMED

Parents receive updates on WhatsApp, where they already are. A one-time welcome message tells them your updates are coming, and they can reply STOP at any time to opt out. You can also choose SMS instead of WhatsApp.

MONTHLY REPORTS

See who has paid and who has not, every month, with the percentage collected. Download reports as Excel or CSV for your records.
