Ubuddy School Admin puts your school's office in your pocket. It is the mobile companion to the uBuddy school management platform, for principals, administrators, accountants and office staff of schools that run on uBuddy.

ADMISSIONS AND ENQUIRIES
Record walk-in and phone enquiries, follow them up, and admit a student when the family says yes. Re-admit a student who left, and correct admission details when a form was wrong.

STUDENT RECORDS
Every student's profile, documents, guardians and photo, searchable by name, class or admission number, with a history of every change.

FEES
See what each student owes, including dues carried over from earlier sessions. Collect fees, record cheques, issue receipts and keep the desk's day in order.

RESULTS AND REPORT CARDS
Enter marks per subject and assessment with the grade scale each class uses. Print report cards for a section, or for several sections at once, exactly as the school designed them.

EXAMS
Build exam timetables, configure admit cards, assign roll numbers and print cards for a class or a whole term.

ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE
Student attendance by section and date, with a view of who is still to be marked across the school. Staff attendance by status or by in and out times, monthly summaries for payroll, and staff leave with balances per leave type.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR
Working days, holidays and events for the year, and which classes attend on a given day.

CERTIFICATES AND TRANSPORT
Issue transfer and character certificates. Manage routes, vehicles, drivers and the students on each bus.

STAFF AND ACCESS
Staff profiles and permissions, sub-admin accounts, and an audit log of who changed what.

SIGN-IN AND SECURITY
Sign in with your school credentials, a one-time code, a passkey, Google or Apple. Two-step sign-in and a list of the devices you are signed in on keep the school's data safe.
