This service is completely unreliable. Their customer support exists only in name—no proper response, no resolution, and zero accountability. Whenever you ask about your package, they just repeat the same useless line: “wait, you will receive it.” There is no live tracking, no updates, and no responsibility taken by the company. Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. Avoid using this service at all costs. Do not fall in trap for lesser price charged by this fake courier services

My experience have been Little bitter , i have been using Skyking for my business but since last few days my parcels haven't been reaching their destination point on time, also, the biggest disappointment is the status not getting updated, neither on website nor on app and when u try calling the nom mentioned no one takes call.. the parcels are delayed by almost a week ... It shows out for delivery but the customer doesn't get their parcels , the parcels don't leave Delhi hub on time !

worst experience ever. absolutely no customer service support, delivery drivers, agents everyone is scammer. it's more than 10 days and i haven't got my parcel yet and when I asked them they claim it's already delivered. after thousands of calls and msgs they said package was misroute but still they are unable to locate my parcel.
