My experience have been Little bitter , i have been using Skyking for my business but since last few days my parcels haven't been reaching their destination point on time, also, the biggest disappointment is the status not getting updated, neither on website nor on app and when u try calling the nom mentioned no one takes call.. the parcels are delayed by almost a week ... It shows out for delivery but the customer doesn't get their parcels , the parcels don't leave Delhi hub on time !

Worst delivery service. Its not showing out of area delivery option. I had to go to the area office to pickup my package because they had not delivered the package at my address. At least they should mention on the app that the area is not covered under the delivery when someone is putting Pincode of the area. Never recommend anyone to opt their services.

This is the worst experience ever with a courier company.. they update very late that too with wrong data.. it's been 12 days still didn't get my parcel and when I call and ask them they only telling that updates on the app is wrong..the item is not forwarded only and it will take more time..
