WaterQuest Admin puts your entire RO water delivery business in your pocket.
Manage customers, track collections, follow the day's field progress, and handle bulk orders — without needing a laptop.
Features:
• Collection dashboard — see who has paid and who is pending, by route or vehicle
• Customer detail and ledger — full account history for every customer
• Payment recording — record cash, UPI or bank payments on the spot
• Payment requests — review and approve payments submitted by your customers
• Invoice preview and sharing — open a customer's monthly invoice and share it on WhatsApp or as a link
• Field Monitor — each vehicle and route's delivery progress for the day, with tank levels and alerts, calculated from the shifts, trips and deliveries your team records. It does not use GPS or location tracking.
• Bulk orders — quick capture for event and bulk water orders
• Quick Add Customer — add a customer in seconds, using Android's own contact picker to fill in a phone number if you want
WaterQuest Admin requests no location permission and no contacts permission.
When you use the contact picker, Android shows its own picker and hands back only the one contact you choose — the app never reads your contact list.
