The counselor has never once responded to any of my calls or texts on time. There is no response from the "team members" even when they haven't completed documents one day before the deadline. Over priced services for absolutely nothing in return. Extremely disappointed as the sales person was so convincing, making false promises before payment of the fees, and now these people don't give a damn if you submit any applications. I consider enrolling with yocket the worst decision I've taken.

Quite the buggy mess still. Sometimes nothing works and other times everything works perfectly. What irks me the most is that the services are not streamlined on the app and the website, like sometimes I can see admit chances on both, other times only the app and not the website. Really inconvenient. And secondly, why can I not just leave group chats? Is there a feature I'm missing? Or is it mandatory that once you are there you cannot leave the chat...

I would like to know that WHY ? Just Why? The new update means basically 'downdate'. Earlier it was easy to navigate across chats, search for specific messages, universities and hell lot of stuff. Every time I have to type in my GRE scores, work experience, etc to search for universities even though the details are already saved in the profile. PLZ bring back the earlier version.
