Ratings and reviews

The app is not starting at all. It shows a blank screen once I start it and it get frozen. I can see only Sodexo logo on the screen. I tried contacting Sodexo via email but it's been more than 10 days, no one took out a time to reply on my email. I followed up twice without a luck. Really not happy with the app and service. Being a fintech company with good developers, not sure if these issues has been considered while developing the app. Also the product manager must look into these things.

Updated review: The devlopers have worked on freezing issues while opening the app or after signup. The app works fine now and easy to use. Initial review: The app is frozen after sign-up. No response, only blank white screen. Tried reinstalling twice, but no luck.

Got a good support Team. It takes time, but finally idsue uis resolved .. can access the card . Thanks to Paul ----- When you are giving an app to corporate atle ast maintain a minum standard . This thing doesnt even say a proper message. Its more than 10 times , I have been trying to add in the mobile number , and it simply says something went wrong.. and to try with new otp as session expired .. Just put some effort , on making the app work to standards, not on extra charges. --------------
