Ratings and reviews

The app itself works fine and I genuinely appreciate the fact that it gives international fans the opportunity to support their favorite artists. However, there's a major issue with earning starpoints by completing missions via tapjoy. I've completed almost a dozen missions but I haven't actually received starpoints for most of them. I've filed complaints to no avail. It's frustrating that the app features a pivotal function that simply does not work.

It was ok at first. I really wanted to get points and was stocking up on my points. I also downloaded an app to receive points, in which I did, HOWEVER, all the points I earned was gone. It went to nothing. That was a month's work of points I worked so hard for and for it to just be gone so easily made me decide to not support this app anymore. One whole month just to get those points. I had a lot of hopes. Highly disappointed.

I love collecting on Starpass because it is so easy to understand. I could understand how to use it immediately, and there are a lot of good collection options. I like that Starpass is used for voting for both Inkigayo and The Show, it is very convenient! I have never had issues using the app, and will enjoy continuing using it! ❤
