AskSta is an app that allows you to ask questions one-on-one to advisors who have passed a screening process.

Startups & management, work & careers, communication & creative work – people who have walked these paths will answer your questions based on their own experiences.

■ It's easy to use, with just three steps:

1. Find someone you're interested in.

2. Select a menu and write down your question.

3. Receive a reply in a one-on-one chat.

Since the interaction is via chat, there's no need to coordinate schedules.

You can write whenever you want, whether you're on the go or before bed.

■ Start with a "Trial"

Every advisor offers a ¥1,000 trial menu.

You can send one question and receive one reply. You can check if they're a good fit before deciding whether to continue.


■ Before Choosing, Get to Know Their Personality

• You can read their usual way of thinking through their posts and comments.
• Live streams allow you to see their speaking style and timing.
• Discussions between advisors are also streamed.

You can choose based on "how they think" rather than "what they say."

■ For Your Peace of Mind

• Only advisors who have passed identity verification and screening are listed.
• Payments are held by our company until a reply is received.
• If a reply is not received by the deadline, the payment will be refunded.
• You can directly access the reporting and blocking channels from the communication screen.

■ Pricing

Prices are displayed for each menu (tax included).

It's a ticket system with in-app purchases; there are no monthly fees.

The number of exchanges and the support period are clearly stated in the menu.
