About this app

Beach Flags is your dashboard for a quick check when going to the beach. It gathers the swimming conditions from the new Surf Zone Forecast product put out by the National Weather Service. See warnings for your nearest U.S. coastal beach, and the Great Lakes too!

Beach Weather warns you of dangerous rip currents. Be notified when swimming conditions change.

*Please be advised that at this time there is no Surf Zone Forecast product for Northern California (north of El Capitan State Beach), Oregon or Washington.

Features:

Simplicity. One 10 second look, and you have all the information you need for your beach day. Other weather apps can have so much information that you can’t find what you are looking for. Beach Weather is designed to show you the swimming conditions of your beach in one fast frame.

Rip Current condition. Is it safe to swim? Beach Flags will tell you if rip current risks are low, moderate or high. You may set notifications to be informed if conditions change.

Weather Dashboard. Air and water temperature, wave height and wind condition.

Surf Cast. See what the near-shore weather will be for the rest of the day and tomorrow.

UV Index. Know how sunny it will be today.

Automatically opens to your nearest beach, or you can look up information on any beach in the United States with a surf zone forecast.

Only $0.99! No ads or annoying pop ups. Opens to give you what you need at a quick glance. Download today!
