BeauTeam is the new dedicated app for beauty centers and wellness, solarium or other similar exercises that require the management of appointments on multiple shifts and with multiple employees, the control of warehouse movements and collections.
An attractive interface and intuitive use make BeauTeam the app you have always wanted to have, with a few simple touches it allows you to have a complete view of your business.
It's multiuser , so you can manage the exercise from two or more devices, the data is automatically synchronized.
For those who have more than one beauty salon, BeauTeam also allows you to manage even more exercises .
What does BeauTeam offer?
○ Agenda to record appointments with a few simple steps;
○ Booking online appointments and in the future with a dedicated app;
○ Display of daily appointments with a quick "glance";
○ Thanks to the sending of SMS you can remember the appointments to the Customer (*);
○ Report with statistics on the activities carried out and staff attendance register;
○ Sending marketing communications via SMS to all customers or part of them (*);
○ Simplified management of the warehouse with barcode scanning and related item handling with stock control under stock;
○ Management of collections with registration of any customer debt / credit and pre-paid amounts, vouchers and gift vouchers;
○ Print tax receipt with CUSTOM recorders;
○ Loyalty of your customers by collecting points on treatments or products;
○ Customer card with personalization of lifestyle, morphology, medical situation and measurements data. If you don't find the items you need, send us a request, we can add them;
○ List of products / treatments purchased in the customer file;
○ Collection of photographs relating to the treatments associated with the customer;
○ You can customize the navigation menu with three different access levels, so as to allow service personnel to use only authorized functions;
