dude. this app is trash! sorry not sorry. what a waste of time. I want to get the new DNI because I only have the old one but this app asks me to scan the QR but the old ones doesn't have it Then asks the same thing for a birth certificate, QR ? 🤦🤷♀️ what an annoying thing 😒

updated app but did not update instructions on website. terrible app and rarely works. documents are not even available most times.

It does not even do the one thing that it is supposed to do. Pointless app. Apps just keeps loading when requesting a birth certificate then just closes without any message and never gives you the certificate. Now I have to make long wait lines and waste my time to get one. There is not even support for this app or a way to get help.
