updated app but did not update instructions on website. terrible app and rarely works. documents are not even available most times.

It does not even do the one thing that it is supposed to do. Pointless app. Apps just keeps loading when requesting a birth certificate then just closes without any message and never gives you the certificate. Now I have to make long wait lines and waste my time to get one. There is not even support for this app or a way to get help.

It does work, though it requires phone calls management permissions so we can use it, why would it need phone permissions to work? 🤔, sorry, not trustworthy.
