This is a very comprehensive app that goes through the ITF patterns, exercises, and other aspects or taekwondo. This is the closest app to the encyclopedia that I have seen/found. The patterns are missing the foot/facing directions and movements, but otherwise, concise (i.e. turn left into a left walking stance toward B...)

Great to get started learning from the basics and foundation of the Art for ITF Taekwon-Do practitioners, always has been my go to for the recaps and learning again and again for practicing.! Good supplemental info once you figure out how to read it. There are no diagrams or photos and the descriptions are in Korean, Polish, and English with little or no spacing between them. If you attend training, this is a good reference tool, otherwise you'll be lost.
