About this app
Decal is a random video chat app for adults (18+). Tap Start and within seconds you are talking face to face with someone from another country. One swipe and you meet someone new.
Want to meet new people, talk to strangers, practice a foreign language or make friends around the world? Decal connects you instantly, with no profile to fill in and no waiting for replies.
HOW IT WORKS

• Tap Start: a live video call begins with a random person.
• Swipe or tap the decal button to skip to the next person.
• Pick the country of the people you meet, for free.
• Type during the call with the built-in text chat.
A MODERATED VIDEO CHAT FOR ADULTS
• No anonymous accounts: every member signs in with Google or Apple.
• Report or block someone in one tap, including any of the last 5 people you met.
• Every report is reviewed by a human moderator, with graduated suspensions and an appeal process.
• Automatic nudity detection alerts our moderators.
• An “Are you there?” check removes cameras left unattended.
