Tedious-The short answer is that when you close the file you locked, FileLocker doesn't re-lock it. The software doesn't maintain the locking. Once you open the file, you can return to the app you opened it in and it is still there available to open. If you return to FileLocker app, it opens immediately without any prompt for the password. The old version (dont remember version num) worked fine. WS using it for a couple of Word docs. No sense in using this app if I can open using Total Comander

So far so good but I have some problem while using this app. I locked a txt file and tried to open it within this app, it gives me 2 choices to open with: "total commander", "Docs", I chose Total Commander, but it said "open failed, permission denied". If I lock a word file and open it within this app, it said "this file isn't available offline. Make file 'Available Offline' in the file's options menu". I don't know where is the "file's option menu". Can you help me with these?

I just used the file locker app to lock a word document. When doing so, the file is moved to somewhere else so I cannot find it again in the Android files app. In the file locker app, when I unlock the document & try to open with word, I get the error "This version of office does not support this file format". So just like that, I lost the file. I found the file when searching in Android Files app, but I had to uninstall the File Locker app.
