About this app

The MyABCO app is a comprehensive data monitoring, support, maintenance, parts and ticket management solution for customers of ABCO Automation. It allows effective communication and collaboration between customer teams, ABCO Service and Support teams and the machinery itself. It enhances digital and real-time visibility to the equipment information. Technicians can log in for machine data, review, fault diagnosis, service ticket creation, parts ordering, and more from an integrated, easy to use mobile app and a web portal.

Our mobile app utilizes the VpnService to provide secure and encrypted remote access to devices within the app. The use of the VpnService does not enable internet access. We take the privacy and security of our users very seriously, and we do not collect any personal data through the use of this VpnService.
