Not sure what the idea of this app if for every question I have they want to call me. If I wanted to have calls I wouldn't be using an app. Also the medical insurance card took 2 weeks to be issued! I was told they will be a little bit late but 2 weeks is ridiculous honestly.

Purchased travel insurance. Sent the company a query, then they called and were "not sure" if the insurance will cover in case I'm not traveling from Lebanon to the destination country. Asked them to check and reply back to me, they never did. Had to do with another company, just in case. App is not working currently anyway.

Got drawn into with the app and how easy it's is, but when needed to be covered it turned out to be a facad, nothing else. Don't waist ur money. One of the worst experience ever with an insurance. No respect, no support, finding reasons to ditch responsibility.. Not The the kind of insurance that gives you peace to be insured. Recommend to stick with a well known broker, that you can confront with when needed.
