there's a bug when I try to upload an ID it redirects me to the initial page. I am currently blocked. I cannot continue

Not sure what the idea of this app if for every question I have they want to call me. If I wanted to have calls I wouldn't be using an app. Also the medical insurance card took 2 weeks to be issued! I was told they will be a little bit late but 2 weeks is ridiculous honestly.
