IC-Admin is an internal app created for organizers and crew during the events of Interconnection. The app provides efficient and secure handling of participants during the event.
With this app, organizers can:
- Scan QR codes from tickets to retrieve participant information
- Using NFC to read RFID wristbands and connect them to participants
- Take photos of participants during check-in
- Register guardians' information and signatures for minors
- Mark participants as checked in or out of the room
- Add and remove comments and notes on each participant (with support for history and display)
- See consent form and restrictions (e.g. whether the participant can leave the premises after 23:00 or participate in certain competitions).
The app is connected to our internal system and uses secure Microsoft login via Azure AD to ensure that only authorized crew have access.
