For event organizers:
The inwink OnSite application makes it possible to streamline and optimize the registration and signing of participants (event reception and/or sessions) on the day of an event managed with inwink.
Sign-in/check-in:
Indicate the presence of a participant at the entrance to the event upon arrival and print their badge.
Self-enrollment:
Allow your participants to self-register and print their badge themselves.
Scan:
Scan the QR Code of participant badges at the main entrance or in a specific area of the event.
Useful information :
- The data collected on participation, through the application, are synchronized in real time to the inwink back office.
- The application works in offline mode in case of loss of connection. Data synchronization is done once the internet connection returns.
- inwink OnSite is available for use on desktop, mobile and tablet.
