Makeit — Build, craft, and make anything

Makeit is where makers come to build. Follow clear, step‑by‑step guides to make real things — from woodworking and home projects to crafts, repairs, and creative builds — with every step laid out in order, the materials listed, and the budget shown up front. When you get stuck, just ask Makeit AI.

Step-by-step guides for every build
Open a guide and follow it start to finish. Each step gives you what to do, the tools and materials you need, and clear visuals — including measured blueprints for the parts that matter and lifelike renders that show you exactly what you're making. Save guides to come back to, and track what you've built.

Ask Makeit AI
Not sure how to start, or where you went wrong? Makeit AI is your building companion. Describe what you want to make and get a complete, ordered guide built for you. Ask questions mid‑build, plan a project from a rough idea, or turn your own notes into a step‑by‑step plan. It's like having a knowledgeable maker in your pocket.

Lessons that teach the craft
Beyond full builds, Makeit has lessons — short, focused techniques you can learn for free. Master a joint, a stitch, a finish, or a fix, then bring that skill into your next project.

Your maker notebook
Keep everything in one place. Take notes, build checklists, and sketch out ideas as you go. Plan your next build, jot measurements, and stay organized from first idea to finished piece.

Build offline
Download your projects and guides so you can follow every step in the workshop, the garage, or anywhere without signal. Your builds come with you.

A marketplace made for makers
Discover guides from other makers, and share your own. Sellers keep what they earn, and buyers get complete, ready‑to‑follow builds. Whether you're learning or teaching, Makeit connects the people who make.

A feed that inspires
See what other makers are building, save the projects you love, and get ideas for what to make next. Follow along, react, and build your own maker profile as you go.
