About this app

AegisChat is the mobile app for support teams that use AegisChat (aegischat.io) to talk to their customers.

Every conversation from your website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram lands in one inbox, and your AI agent answers the routine questions for you. The app keeps your team connected when they are away from their desk.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every customer conversation assigned to you or your team, with labels, status and unread counts.
• Reply with text, photos, files and voice notes.
• Know at a glance which chats the AI agent is handling and which were handed over to your team.
• Take over from the AI agent the moment a customer needs a person.
• Use Copilot to draft a reply, fix the tone, or summarize a long conversation.
• Get a push notification when a customer writes or a chat is assigned to you.
• Resolve, snooze, assign and label conversations on the go.
• Switch between business accounts and set your availability.

WHO IT IS FOR
The app is for agents and administrators of a business that already has an AegisChat account. You sign in with the same email and password you use on the AegisChat web dashboard. New accounts are created by your business administrator on the web.

What’s new
