Ratings and reviews

The live worked well for me and I experienced no lag between the feed. Nor did I notice anyone else in the live chat experiencing one. The only part that could be improved was the subtitles were at times very delayed which made trying to understand what was being said when very difficult. At times the subtitles never came for segments at all, but other than that I had really enjoyed my experience with the platform

It was a happy experience for me to be able to watch a live concert (King Hanbin's B.I OFFLINE) with this application. The user interface makes it easy for me to buy a ticket and browse through the other available shows. The video quality of the stream is good and there are no buffering issues. The subtitles are easily readable as well. Highly recommend, I'm looking forward to watching more shows from this app.

I started using hellolive to watch B.I's first fanmeeting and I'm telling you, the live video is clear and also the audio for the artist is good—only that the crowd can barely heard. Another good thing on this is the HD 1:1, unlike other sites and ordinary video call apps + it also has an AI subtitle (although some are not that directly accurate but it's fine, understandable because it's an automatic sub). All in all, the app is good and easy to use.
