Ordered a “soulmate sketch” that was clearly generic with vague bonus info. Attempted a refund the next day but was blocked by an expired link, disconnected calls, and mostly ignored emails. Only received copy-paste policy replies. Would not recommend. update -still no response

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They r SCAMMERS DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CARTPANDA OR BURNJARO. THEY TAKE UR MONEY AND U DONT RECEIVE UR PRODUCT. I called and reported them to the BBB. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. IF u call the company, all it says is GOODBYE and hangs up, if u email them, they dont do anything.
