Mozzarella's was created by two old high school friends who have had extensive career paths thus advancing their knowledge and abilities in so many different and creative ways. However, their lives still didn't seem complete and something was missing for each of them. For years they had talked about, laughed about, and dreamed about opening a pizza place called Mozzarella's and then one day a rare but fateful opportunity came to make that dream a reality.
