If I could give it a zero rating,I would. First, they want $19.00 then after that they want $29.99. You get the app installed and try to get the information and picture of your soul mate and you can not access it. Spent over 1 hour in chat sessions trying to get the Information I paid for and jumping through all the hoops they tell you to try. To no avail, of course. Supposedly, my problem is being turned over to a support specialist team. This is a SCAM-I'm surprised Google let's it stay.

Constant paywalls, very expensive too. The app is glitchy - I keep losing my conversations and have to start a new chat each time I'm trying to get an issue sorted. Support aren't very helpful sadly. The AI videos are of poor quality as in they're blatantly AI. I only downloaded this app because there was an advert advertising one of its features for free. I somehow ended up paying for three things (including a subscription) and I haven't actually been able to access the feature I wanted!

THEFT OF YOUR MONEY!! When you sign up for this app, they very clearly state that "they take all the risk" and you're able to refund your money immediately if you decide the app isn't for you. That is a lie! Not only do they charge you the $9.99 ($14.99 CAD) to sign up, you are also invoiced $42.99 for things you did not order! When you contact support to cancel the registration and refund the invoice, they refuse! Google should BAN THIS APP from the platform. PREDATORY AND FRAUDULENT.
