Very nice app when you actually can log in, but it won't even let me log in, it keeps giving an error. Estate agent doesn't know what to do to fix it. I also emailed Arke support and they didn't even bother to respond. So basically the app is useless at this stage as I can't get visitors.

App installs and then shows a fullscreen picture with absolutely no menu or way to do anything. Since this was subsequently fixed as per the reply from the developer and as I have checked (thank you for that), I am changing to 4 stars for now and will review once I have had a chance to fully use the app.

After 5 months of troubleshooting back and forth with the arke support team, the estate management and Samsung tech team, a new version was made available and it functions well on my phone so far. The team was kind enough to constantly follow up with me and gave me detailed instructions on the update. I'm happy to improve my rating for this new improved app.
