AskFor — is an application that helps businesses elevate their service to the next level. With AskFor, customers can send requests directly to staff, getting services faster and easier.
How it works?
A customer scans a QR code and selects the required Action. The User responsible for that Action receives an instant notification of the request. Only the User who was assigned to the action receives the notification, so the notifications do not disturb other employees. The client has no need to download the application — the client interface opens on a web page.
