AtendeBem connects healthcare professionals and clinic teams to your account information. Check the schedule, locate patient records, and confirm attendance at appointments, according to the permissions granted by the clinic.
TEAM SCHEDULE
See the next appointment in the Today summary and check the schedule by day, list, or week. Track the status of each appointment and register patient arrival through attendance confirmation. The weekly view identifies days that could not be loaded.
PATIENTS AT YOUR REACH
Search for patients, filter by age and follow-up, and view the data available for your profile. Clinical filters are restricted to authorized professionals. Access respects the affiliations and permissions of the selected clinic.
ACCOUNT AND CLINICS
Log in with your AtendeBem account, use two-step verification when enabled, and switch between the clinics you have access to.
In the Account area, prepare a deletion request with your identification data. Review the message and confirm sending it in your email application. The request depends on the privacy team's response; opening the message does not delete the account.
DATA FROM THE SAME PLATFORM
The application queries the AtendeBem services used by the web version. Common screens are updated when returning to the application and periodically while it is in the foreground. In the weekly schedule and filtered searches, use Refresh to query again. An internet connection is required.
LARI FOR GENERAL QUESTIONS
Chat with LARI after reading and authorizing the processing of the text. Check the sources and received warnings and review the response. Authorization can be revoked on the screen itself. Avoid identifying patients. The conversation does not perform scheduling, prescriptions, or changes to the medical record.
NATIVE EXPERIENCE
Portuguese interface, light or dark theme, and navigation that adapts to screen size, with Android Material 3 components.
WHO IT'S FOR
Intended for healthcare professionals, managers, and authorized clinic teams. Access requires an existing account and depends on the contracted conditions and permissions of each user. This application does not include the patient portal.
HEALTHCARE USE
This version offers administrative functions, registration consultation, and general conversation with artificial intelligence. Responses may contain errors and require professional review. Healthcare decisions should be made with guidance from a qualified professional. The application does not replace clinical evaluation or emergency care.
