Since the last round of big updates, all the apps in the series (Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, etc.) do not allow you to log in anymore, so every time you try and use the app you have to redownload and re-add your tickets, passes and entry vouchers. Very disappointing

App works well, allowed me to plan my day and assist with decision making, will use again. Brilliant park good staff rides seem very basic at first look but are actually quite thrilling. Good day out!

Very good app. The queue times seemed correct and up to date: after a whole day of Nemesis Inferno having long queues, I saw they were suddenly down to 5 minutes towards the end of the day and it was true! I went on twice. Brilliant. The interactive map with shortest walking directions to the rides is great (but it's more fun to wander and discover things than have your face glued to your phone). The only negative is that phone signal is poor around the park but Bluetooth seems to help.
