bagevent is the on-site companion for event organisers running check-in at the door.

CHECK IN WITHOUT A NETWORK
Download the attendee list before the doors open and keep scanning when the
venue wifi fails. Scans are queued on the device and uploaded when the
connection returns — nobody waits at the door because a router dropped.

SCAN ANYTHING ON A TICKET
QR codes, PDF417 wallet passes and Aztec codes, with no mode switching.

KNOW WHO IS IN FRONT OF YOU
Every scan shows the attendee's identity — Attendee, VIP, Speaker, Exhibitor,
Staff, Press — and which zones their ticket opens. Configure up to three
registration fields to show on the scan result.

BADGES AND TICKETS
Queue badges for printing as people arrive, reprint a failed one, and pull up
an attendee's e-ticket when their phone is flat.

COLLECTION POINTS
Run lunch vouchers, gift pickup and zone entry as separate collection points,
each with its own rules for repeat collection and proxy pickup.

STAFF DEVICES STAY IN SCOPE
Staff join a post by scanning a code — no account needed. Their device can
scan and admit, and nothing else: no orders, no refunds, no payouts.
