We're finishing our first heating season with a new ecobee4 stat, heat pump and oil furnace. I tested various switchover points for aux heat and picked a setting that felt right. Now, the beestat Temperature Profiles graph confirms that I made the right choice. Plus, temperatures displayed in tenths of a degree are helpful. Great to have convenient access to graphs while traveling!

Provides hvac stats at the level of detail and quality that you would have expected ecobee to provide. Sadly, even after you wait months for the reports to complete ecobee's official stats can't compete with what beestat provides in just a few hours. Plus, beestat's data gets much better over time since it compiles and analyzes the data so well. It also makes the air quality sensor genuinely useful. This really is what ecobee should have built into their own app interface. Highly recommended.

beestat is an essential tool for ecobee thermostat users. It helped me optimize my new heat pump and allied me to configure it with confidence. it now controls the system much better than the previous Google Nest. it has been very helpful in my analysis for both heating and cooling. The only small nits I have are 1. it sometimes is a bit slow to update and 2. sometimes the app hangs when it has been idle for a while and you have to kill it and restart.
