I was invited to this through playstation a few days ago. The app is constantly freezing when trying to type messages to help someone. If you try typing more than one or two sentences, it starts to glitch, makes it hard to help people if I can't even get the message out.

The concept in itself is great but there are times when the questions get very technical. I wish there was a better way to go about helping the players as just yourself then having an option to pass the questions off instead of everyone being able to see the forums and possibly bombarding a person. It would be nice to get notifications when people reply and keep it more personal

My experience was good, I got selected for 1 study, everything is slow but it's there yet, some technical glitch but that too will go. Loved it, they pay in GBP only and via PayPal, they said they are working on it. I welcome them for any future studies via email since I don't find any particular website of limitless and also I didn't see new tasks on app so uninstalling it as of now.
