Ratings and reviews

It's a good app but it glitches out quite a bit which makes our job a bit more complicated sometimes. Sometimes it boots, crashes, or I have to close the app, and then restart the app. I have even received the pop up, "not responding' with wait or close as options. Other than that it's been a good app, is effective, and efficient. I noticed on this last update, with an inbox for notifications being added, however it seems the image not uploading after taking seems to be a glitch, still?!

I have had the displeasure of using this app with two different companies on two different phones. To say the experience was miserable was an understatement. Simple actions, such as pressing a button, freeze the app for random periods of time. Sometimes the app responds right away, but a lot most of the time the app freezes for anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. This makes simple tasks incredibly difficult to finish for no apparent reason. I would only recommend this app to people I truly despise.

Although this app has better features than what I was using before it has too many bugs. 1. It auto zooms on its own, you can't stop that. 2. The cache doesn't clear itself so you have to uninstall/reinstall. 3. If you take a pic, it will continue to turn until you have to exit out and return to camera mode. Sometimes you have to refresh to update the work orders i.e. not all the inspection loads, missing a few steps. 4. Address is used by Long and Lat, so wrong destination is almost common.
