Word Waypoint is an offline word puzzle game about how words relate to each other. Connect a start word to a goal word by placing cards that obey a different rule at every link.
47 relationship rules sit in four color-coded families — meaning, sound, spelling and compounds. Opposites and synonyms. Rhymes and shared sounds. Add, drop or change a letter. Words hidden inside longer words.
HOW IT PLAYS
Each empty slot shows the rule its link must obey. Tap a card and it finds its place, or drag it to a specific slot. Decoys wait in the bank, and only one arrangement completes the chain. Play a wrong card and the game explains why before returning it to the bank.
FOUR MODES
Journey — 1,000 levels across 20 chapters, plus bonus levels and a hint-free Chapter Challenge to close each chapter.
Daily Puzzle — one a day from a pool of 120, no timer, no pressure, just the streak.
Night Line — an endless run that gets harder the deeper you go; three failed checks end it.
Loop Line — one word at a time with no bank, where a single wrong word ends the run.
NINE KINDS OF BOARD
Junctions where the chain splits and one word must satisfy both branches. Hidden rules you have to infer. Sealed cards that stay face-down. Broken chains with one wrong word to find. Minimal chains scored on how few steps you take. Boards where checking tells you how many links are wrong but never which ones.
FREE TO FINISH, FAIR BY DEFAULT
Every one of the levels is reachable and completable without paying a penny. No paywalled chapters, no energy meters, no timers. An optional weekly or monthly subscription takes the ads away and adds 3 free hints a day. Hint packs exist for impatience, never for access — hints are earned free from clean solves, daily streaks, chapter crests and rewarded ads.
OFFLINE AND ACCOUNT-FREE
The journey, the daily puzzle, Night Line and Loop Line all run with no connection at all. No sign-up, no email. Progress lives on your device. Cloud backup and the leaderboard are optional extras you switch on if you want them.
ACCESSIBLE BY DESIGN
Reduced motion swaps movement for fades. Large text scales every label. High contrast strengthens borders and ink. Sound and haptics each have their own switch.
EIGHT LANGUAGES
English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean — each with puzzles generated in that language, not translated from English.

Ad-Free is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered weekly or monthly. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings at any time.
