I've been with this app for about a year. It has constant problems with being inable to access it at all (including now). Several users have had transactions pending for months. It worked well sometimes and I made a good amount of money, but the repeated denied access and gradual decline of support interactions when requesting updates and asking questions has built up to an overall increasingly negative experience. I just want to retrieve the money I've had locked away and be done at this point.

Had this app for 3 years on and off, probably participated in challenges about 8-12 months total. Initially everything was great but now support does not respond to your inquiries. I had a week straight where I could not log onto the app due to technical difficulties and my emails went unheard. I failed 2 challenges, obviously losing my bets, and when I went to cash out, it took nearly 2 weeks for the "pending" transaction to be completed. Not sure what happened to the team :(

I've been hoping this small app would improve its usability (ability to filter based on distance or connections), but instead it added more activities that clog up the search page. There is an automatic "be sure to read it all" confirmation prompt when signing up for a challenge; however, you are allowed to sign up for challenges that require connections you don't have set up. Also, you can deposit your money no problem, but withdrawal charges a 5.5% fee. Originally rated 5 stars.
