I purchased diamonds in the app after being told by a model that I needed them to make a video call. After the purchase, I found that the video call option was unavailable for several profiles, and the models were not accepting calls. As a result, I was unable to use the purchased diamonds for their intended purpose. I believe I was misled into making the purchase and kindly request a refund

this is my 2nd review on chingari app my ist review was very negative because of not received my income on time but after mail to chingari team and head of jagat agency I received my all income. so you can trust the app and if you find something mysterious just mail to chingari they will help you. so yours payment will delay some times because of holidays and agent busy somewhere but you can trust the app.
