About this app

With Digital Tide, each call from clients won’t go unanswered. The service allows you to control company calls, configure their routes, set up forwarding, integrate your CRM system with telephony, and more.
Our mobile app is a convenient alternative to the Digital Tide web interface. You can access the service features anytime and anywhere.
In the app, you can:
- Get an overview of the calls your employees received, made, or missed today.
- Find any conversation in the call history and listen to its recording.
- Analyze statistics for a custom period to identify patterns, such as trends in the decrease of missed calls.
- Create and edit employees and departments.
To log in to the app, enter the username and password of a Digital Tide user.
