Stay away! We switched to Cloudtalk from Grasshopper and regret it every day. There are no push notifications, so when we miss a call we won't know, it doesn't ring half the time, no push notifications for SMS so it's the same issue. We try to pick up phone calls and it just doesn't respond. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Implementation for this platform for my department has been very easy. Their Customer Support helped me through everything. And training for my department can be done within just an hour or two. My staff responded well to using CloudTalk. We believe it has been a very good choice for us, it is coat effective and efficient.

CloudTalk is a reliable cloud phone system with a simple, user-friendly UI that makes daily outreach easy. Its connectivity is rock-solid and channel routing works perfectly. The CRM integrations and smart AI summaries save our team tons of time, delivering an immediate ROI. Onboarding was incredibly fast, and it handles workforce tracking smoothly. The only minor downsides are that the mobile app needs optimization and some features are tier-gated. Overall, it does the job perfectly.
