We have recently made the switch to CloudTalk form another VOIP provider as they ordered a much more comprehensive integration with our chosen CRM (Pipedrive). The intail setup was quick and easy and any questions were answered comprehensively by their support team. We transferred our number from our old provider which was all dealt with by CloudTalk. Again, this was simple and straightforward and the porting team kept us up to date with the progress.

The interface is clean and streamlined, making it easy to navigate through all the features without any hassle. Setting up my account and configuring settings was very fast, taking just a few minutes.

I don't know why, but the offline status on the mobile app does not change; no matter what I do. It used to work fine and then an upgrade was done and since then, it's been that way.
