Ratings and reviews

The easiest to setup crypto tracking Android app that I personally have tried. (Vs blockfolio and delta, and another I forget the name of). A little confusing to understand at first, and I'm still not convinced I know the difference between unrealized performance and total performance, and all the other terms, but the definitions are available. $14.99/month is crazy expensive, though. I'm paying it now out of laziness. I'm not saying lower the price, just that it's too rich for my blood.

The app works well. I want to say there are two small pet peeves off the top of my head. First, whenever I log in it always asks for permissions. Second, I believe the all time performance was off. Now nothing shows but before it was some crazy number like looking at a coin on CMC. Also not 100% but didn't you guys have search? I want to say I missed that feature when I needed it but could be mistaken. Sorry for the not thorough review I was not planning on it!

I've reached out to customer service to fix the cost basis for one of my positions because it's waaaaaay over what I actually paid for it. I reached out to them on April 10th and followed up again with no response... I understand that their handling an unprecedented amount of inquiries, but an entire month is still unacceptable.... I'll renew my subscription once someone gets back to me and assists me and I'll adjust the rating as well.
