About this app

Colia connects people who need to send something abroad with travelers who already have space in their luggage.

The trip is happening anyway. The parcel needs to go. Colia puts the two together.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Publish — a traveler posts a trip and the kilos available. A sender posts what needs delivering, and by when.
2. Find — browse the listings on your route, or let Colia alert you the moment a matching one appears.
3. Agree — talk it through in the in-app chat and negotiate the reward, offer after counter-offer, until both sides say yes.
4. Hand over — the parcel changes hands in person, and the traveler is paid directly by the sender at the handoff. Cash, transfer, whatever suits you both.

NO COMMISSION
Colia takes no cut. The reward is agreed between the two of you and paid directly from sender to traveler. Colia never holds the money, and there is no payment inside the app.

• Verified email address and a profile photo required before publishing

WHAT YOU CAN SEND
Documents, medicine, spare parts, gifts, clothes, a phone, food from home — anything legal that fits in a suitcase. You can also ask a traveler to buy the item for you before they fly, and pay them for it on delivery.
