Our application is designed for administrators (experts) who need to create video conferences with clients to manage matters related to the insurance market, such as claims and insurance. Experts can schedule video conferences, send a join link to the customer, and the customer connects using a token embedded in the URL.
During the video conference, the client will be asked for permissions to access their camera and location, which facilitates visual inspection and geolocation. In addition, the adjuster can take notes, take screenshots, manage claim records and receive documents or images that the client attaches. The video call becomes a space where both parties can collaborate efficiently to resolve any insurance-related issue.
