ConnectUC gives you full access to your business phone and unified communications with voice calling, voicemail, co-worker presence and more. It works across web, desktop, and mobile apps.

Calls - Stay connected, no matter where you are! With the ability to take your extension with you, you can easily place or receive calls with features like call transfers, conference calling, call history, recordings and more.

Visual Voicemail with Transcriptions - Never miss a voicemail with visual voicemail that includes transcriptions, allowing you to quickly and easily read your messages.

Co-Worker Status - Real-time coworker phone status with integrated presence allows users at a glance to see the phone and status of users throughout the company, whether they are using their deskphone or ConnectUC.

All-in-One App - Access PBX functionality seamlessly within one application, eliminating the need for multiple portals.

SMS (coming soon) - Send and receive text messages using SMS with your business phone number associated with your extension, without needing to use your personal phone number.

Messaging for Chat and Collaboration (coming soon) - Chat and collaborate with your team over messages with individual and group messaging.

Meetings (coming soon) - Group meetings with video and screen sharing with anyone inside or outside of your company.

Flexible Fax (coming soon) - Send and receive faxes directly from the UC Client, complete with multiple numbers and cover pages.

Ratings and reviews

Very user-unfriendly. When you're on the desktop app, it saves numbers and fax information. The Android app makes you have a separate password than the desktop program, and that can be confusing. Overall, I suppose it's better than Ring central but not by much.

Great when it works. It is not working with my hearing aids (Bluetooth) though it was a week or so ago. Turn of Bluetooth on my phone and still no sound even though the other person has answered. Uninstall/reinstall worked last week, but not today. Unreliable, fickle and needy are the words that come to mind for Connect UC.

Pretty close to garbage - I have opened 9 support tickets for ConnectUC issues along with their desktop version. From the app not ringing, to not showing us that a call was missed, dead air, text messages not showing up until after we open the App, and having to fully uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again multiple times, it has been a TERRIBLE experience.
