ConnectUC gives you full access to your business phone and unified communications with voice calling, voicemail, co-worker presence and more. It works across web, desktop, and mobile apps.

Calls - Stay connected, no matter where you are! With the ability to take your extension with you, you can easily place or receive calls with features like call transfers, conference calling, call history, recordings and more.

Visual Voicemail with Transcriptions - Never miss a voicemail with visual voicemail that includes transcriptions, allowing you to quickly and easily read your messages.

Co-Worker Status - Real-time coworker phone status with integrated presence allows users at a glance to see the phone and status of users throughout the company, whether they are using their deskphone or ConnectUC.

All-in-One App - Access PBX functionality seamlessly within one application, eliminating the need for multiple portals.

SMS (coming soon) - Send and receive text messages using SMS with your business phone number associated with your extension, without needing to use your personal phone number.

Messaging for Chat and Collaboration (coming soon) - Chat and collaborate with your team over messages with individual and group messaging.

Meetings (coming soon) - Group meetings with video and screen sharing with anyone inside or outside of your company.

Ratings and reviews

unreliable. I'm forced to use this app for work. Calls often don't ring. Answered calls sometimes have no sound. Notifications pop up but take a long time to load on the app. Call quality is often full of static. Voicemails don't play until I restart my phone. No option to set business hours. One of the worst apps I've had to use in modern times

Forced to use this for my work. Every 2-3 months the app hits a point where it just constantly crashes until uninstalled and redownloaded. I can open and use for about 20 seconds before the app crashes and forces me out. Will happen indefinitely until uninstalled. Doesn't matter if actively using or listening to voicemails, making calls, etc... 20 seconds then I'm kicked out. Resetting my phone does nothing to fix it either. This is the only app experiencing any issues.

the messages give me notifications but then does not show in the app.
