App is no longer compatible with my Android device, so no more updates are available for me. My last update was in 2023. We have to reset the settings on our lights after any power outage. After a power outage all the lights no longer work via motion sensor, and when they are turned on they're dim. It's annoying and wastes so much time having to take all the faceplates off and update the settings in each room. They're just lights. It shouldn't be so difficult.

Consistently doesn't find the Bluetooth dongle. I can be standing right next to it and no devices are found but a coworker with another phone can find it. But then some uses I'm able to use the app while a coworker can't. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, unplugging and replugging. Awful app and I wish my work had chosen anything but this lighting system.

Very difficult to program. Not very user friendly. After having difficultly with the lighting control at our school, I had one of NX representatives come out and reset the system, then show me how to to program it and reset if I ran into problems. In the next several months, I had to reset the system another three times. We had parking lot lights and sand volleyball lights running all day long and turning off at night. It has been very a very frustrating experience using this system.
