Consistently doesn't find the Bluetooth dongle. I can be standing right next to it and no devices are found but a coworker with another phone can find it. But then some uses I'm able to use the app while a coworker can't. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, unplugging and replugging. Awful app and I wish my work had chosen anything but this lighting system.

Very difficult to program. Not very user friendly. After having difficultly with the lighting control at our school, I had one of NX representatives come out and reset the system, then show me how to to program it and reset if I ran into problems. In the next several months, I had to reset the system another three times. We had parking lot lights and sand volleyball lights running all day long and turning off at night. It has been very a very frustrating experience using this system.

update: after using this app for awhile I've thrown away all my tools and started walking dogs for a living. EACH time you set a sensor you have to wait for it to discover EVERY ONE. If you have close to 100 fixtures like I do, slit your wrist now and save the trouble. Every sensor, individually, every setting, and no way to keep track of where you've been. I wonder if they ever actually tried using this app for anything besides a small shed. My dog has more foresight.
