Consistently doesn't find the Bluetooth dongle. I can be standing right next to it and no devices are found but a coworker with another phone can find it. But then some uses I'm able to use the app while a coworker can't. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, unplugging and replugging. Awful app and I wish my work had chosen anything but this lighting system.

Very difficult to program. Not very user friendly. After having difficultly with the lighting control at our school, I had one of NX representatives come out and reset the system, then show me how to to program it and reset if I ran into problems. In the next several months, I had to reset the system another three times. We had parking lot lights and sand volleyball lights running all day long and turning off at night. It has been very a very frustrating experience using this system.

products are cheap and fail faster than a normal device controller. representative that came out done more damage than good. downloaded the app and programmed everything myself in 10 minutes. wouldn't recommend anything by this company.
