I had an extremely disappointing experience with Happyfares. Their service was completely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. I tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times regarding my booking, but no one answered the calls. It’s shocking how a travel company can have such poor customer service, especially when customers may be dealing with urgent travel issues. When I finally managed to get some response, the information provided was unclear and unhelpful.

I booked through the online through happyfares and payment done,they took 7 hours to provide confirmation and at last they confirmed No Booking. flight booking was urgent for me and meanwhile when I tried for another flight, fares were hiked already and they said for refund. happy fares service is pathetic I would request all travellers DoNot book through this app or online as they are unprofessional and only hold your money without giving ticket ticket confirmation

Since fares are controlled by the airline, any changes are promptly shared with you. You will get credit to your original source of payment. Thank you for your understanding.
