SplitPal makes splitting bills with friends effortless — dinners, trips, apartment expenses, anything you share.

Snap a photo of the bill — the AI receipt scanner reads every item, tax and tip automatically. Assign items to people in a couple of taps and SplitPal does all the math: who spent what, who owes whom.

How it works:
1. Create a group and add your people.
2. Add expenses: dinner, hotel, cabs, groceries. Split evenly, by share, or by receipt item.
3. SplitPal calculates everything — taxes and tips are distributed proportionally, so nobody over- or under-pays.
4. Settle up and mark it paid — the whole group sees it.

Ratings and reviews

This app is exactly what I'm looking for. A few small changes I'd like to see: 1. Every time I make a group, Samsung Locker sees it as a password entry and wants to save it 2. When I swap to an existing group with a charge in there, it shows "expense added" at the top immediately even if I haven't changed anything yet 3. My most wished for feature for this app - if I upload a receipt, when assigning items, let me assign items to a specific set of people I paid for no ads already bc good app!

Really great! One missing feature is the ability to select more than one member of a group when assigning items for a receipt. I have a group of three people, and there is no way currently to choose to assign an item to a "subgroup", so 2 out of the 3 people. EDIT: Thanks for the response! that does help :)

Great app so far! Is it possible to add an option to add multiple repayments? For example, I pay for a large bill and I split that bill with someone else and they pay in installments. In the settlement tab, it only allows you to mark the entire transaction as paid. Update: thanks so much for adding the feature. That was so quick! Updating my review :)
