This tool is designed for businesses to evaluate the financial reliability of homeowner customers. The application provides a map view, enabling users to click on residential addresses and obtain measurements of the residents. The measurements include six parameters: Ability to Pay Score, Homeowner Credit Score, Discretionary Income Index, Discretionary Spending Amount, Telco Risk Score, and Property Details. Upon purchasing the homeowner report, the information is automatically saved into the folder system. The purchased report allows a team-sharing platform, facilitating information sharing among the individual business.
