it starts very good many years ago. but now they are very bad. i know alot of bad experience, from me and from friends. while also they are not offering good price you expect delays on shipping. damaged shipment even with insurance one, they will tell you it is on the packaging only. I choose the option payment with clearance charge included. but when the shipment reached my home after delay they make me pay for clearance charge and they said it is clearance charge for you country.

The shipping experience with them was good, I liked the images of the product feature, shipment tracking is good also. But the delivery of the shipment took a while because of a payment issue, and when I received my order I had to pay extra amount because of customs. Good experience overall but not the best.

It's the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered books through buy4me, I waited almost 19 days but no progress on my order and now almost 10 days and I didn't receive my refund. It's like nightmares
