About this app

Utu is the mobile HR platform reserved for employees, managers, and stakeholders of companies using the Utu service. The application centralizes daily tasks in a simple and secure interface.

Depending on the services activated by your company and the access rights associated with your account, you can:

• Record your arrival or departure;

• View your published schedule and hours;

• Submit and track leave requests or timesheet corrections;

• Access payslips and HR documents made available to you;

• Receive useful notifications regarding your activity;

• Access team management features if you have a manager role;

• View additional assignments available to you.

Time tracking may require proof of attendance. Location data is then used only when you confirm your attendance. Utu does not track your movements or collect any location data in the background. The camera allows you to scan the QR code displayed at the work site without saving a photo or video, and to photograph sick leave certificates and expense receipts that you choose to send. You can also select these documents from your photo library.

Utu is not a public registration service. An existing account, created or authorized by your employer, is required to log in. Therefore, the features displayed may vary depending on your organization and your role.
